VideoIA is an independent editorial site that must also be funded. This page presents the possible forms of collaboration with brands, publishers andtools and players in the video ecosystem AI — And the only rule that doesn't negotiate.
Possible forms of collaboration
Membership
If one tool offers an affiliate program, you can register. The links concerned are marked (aff.) in the articles. The price paid by the reader is strictly the same as with a direct link.
Sponsored articles
We can write an article dedicated to a tool, a functionality, or a usage case, at the request of a partner. Format, length and angle are defined together. The only reader-side constraint: the mention « Sponsored Article » appears clearly above.
Promotions and investments
Banners, inserts, mentions in the newsletter, highlighted in the box tools, dedicated integrations: these formats are available for marketing, provided they are identifiable as paid locations (label or visually distinct block).
Long-term editorial partnerships
Recurrent collaborations with actors aligned on the editorial line (trainers, schools, creative communities, video platforms). Co-production of content, dedicated series, common events — built to measure.
Independent editorial tests
The channel without financial compensation: a publisher can submit its tool for a classic test via the Submit a tool. The test then follows the public methodology. A complementary, not exclusive route — A trading partner can be tested independently elsewhere.
The only rule we don't negotiate
The reader must always be able to distinguish independent content from commercial content.
In concrete terms, it means:
- one independent test already published does not change against payment (note from comparison editorial remains fixed by the test grid, not by a sponsor),
- one Sponsored content is always labelled as such — no hidden placement in an independent test,
- one affiliate link is reported
(aff.)or via a clear footnote.
Everything else — angle, format, duration, amount, exclusivity — Talking. This page will be updated when new formats are proposed.
How to propose a partnership
An email to contact@videoia.fr with, if possible:
- the nature the envisaged partnership (sponsored article, affiliation, insert, long-term partnership...),
- Iobjective audience side and brand side,
- one indicative budget and a calendar.
Answer within 7 days, even in case of reasoned refusal. A detailed fee schedule may be sent in return in the format requested.
